This past weekend I was fortunate enough to be a part of an amazing celebration of love. I can't get over what an amazing day it was. It was as close to a perfect wedding as I've ever shot. The venues were incredible, the weather was gorgeous, the couple was quite photogenic not to mention how wonderful they are together, the families were so warm and hospitable, the bridesmaids were smokin' hot, the groomsmen were hilarious, the details were amazing, the wedding planners were on it, and the band was awesome.
This was the view right outside of my room at the Ranch House. When I woke up to this I knew it was going to be a great day:
The bride's shoes from Badgley Mischka deserved their very own photo shoot:
The gown is by Romona Keveza and it looks like it was made specifically for this bride:
The bride and the bridesmaids got ready in a house the family rented just a mile or two away from the hacienda.
The flowers were done by Kim England of Fleurs du Soleil
These two saw each other before the wedding and the groom presented the bride with her bouquet in front of the hacienda:
These guys were a crack up, and as you can tell, the gentle second from the right is a professional model:
Inside the hacienda:
The Carmel Mission is incredible:
Even the flower girl was rockin' the poses:
I love this portrait of the groom's grandfather:
Here comes the bride:
Dad looks quite proud eh?
I staked out a seat in the 3rd row. This place was too incredible to shoot from the back of the church. I believe in asking for forgiveness than permission, but the church lady never even said a word. Whew!
The bride was simply stunning. So beautiful inside and out!:
